You are welcome to place your order online using our secure server. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal & Bank Transfers.

Payment by PayPal:
After completing checkout you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete payment. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you will be able to sign up for one.
If, for some reason, you cannot complete your payment at the time of your order, you may later log in to your PayPal account and 'Send Money' to paypal@patapum.com.
Be sure to note your order number in the 'Subject' or 'Note' section.

POSTAGE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES.
Orders are usually shipped the same business day the order is placed (before 12:00ECT). Occasionally, they may take one or two extra days to leave our warehouse. If you are trying to get your order by a certain date, please let us know in the "Contact us" section of the shopping cart. We will do our best to help you. However, we cannot guarantee an arrival date for your package. Place order as early as possible.
Orders will shipped by UPS or TNT Economy express (generally 3-4 days delivery time). You will receive an email with your ship date and tracking number. To track your order visit www.tnt.com or www.ups.com
The Cost of Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We cannot anticipate what duties may or may not be charged (outside the EU). We do our best to minimize possible extra charges, but you are ultimately responsible for any charges incurred by your country's customs department.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Please send exchanges to the address below, with a note that includes the name, size, and fabric choice of the product for which you would like to exchange yours. If you email us as soon as you know that you want to exchange, we can pull and hold your new Carrier until we receive yours (2 week maximum hold time). We will either credit or charge your account for the difference in price.
Please send returns to the address below, within 30 days of purchase, along with an explanation. We will refund the price of the product(s), minus postage costs.
