The EllaRoo Wraparound Baby Carrier is 100% cotton, and has all of the wonderful just-right stretch characteristics of the Girasol and Didymos. However, the EllaRoo Wraparound baby carrier is a much lighter weight fabric than either of these other carriers. The result is a lighter, cooler baby carrier, easier to manipulate, being lighter and less weighty.
